I have a new hat. It is a very German looking hat but it keeps the sun off mine headt.
Went on the very good Sandemans free tour of Berlin yesterday, Not really free because you have to tip but they are very good. The guides are very knowledgeable and funny and they work hard at it for their tips.
Much of the time is spent on Nazi Germany and divided Germany with a little on the Prussians. I had no idea how much of the rebuilding after the war was done by women. It is obvious when you think of it I guess.
Took Connor to the Holocaust memorial and the museum under it. The museum part makes it all personal with photos, names, families etc. Now he knows what all the fuss is about.
Still stinking hot in our hotel room and no joy with a move.
This morning I went to Alexanderplatz and Museum Island while Connor had a sleep in and a play on his computer.
I am very mature. Really!
Further big demonstration yesterday.
